Has anyone been successful in finding a high output alternator for a 2024 mk8 golf r?
Mechman doesn’t make one, power bastards get awful reviews. I’ve reached out to singer but haven’t heard back. I’ve looked at some of the other recommended brands but nobody makes one for an mk8. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Has anyone ordered a G80 M3 with CCBs and without the carbon package (no carbon buckets)?
Everything I read online says it can be done but the configurator requires the carbon package and my dealer is saying the same thing. Thanks in advance.

I just purchased a 2024 Golf R and have a question regarding the digital cockpit. When I search online, it says what I am trying to do is possible, but I can't seem to figure it out.
I want to have different side panel views for different views, e.g. for one view there is a tach on one side and speedo on the other with the nav map in the middle. Fot the side panels on this view lets say I want to have audio on the inner right panel and compass on the left inner panel.
Now I hit the R button and switch to that view. I no longer want to see compass and audio, I want to see boost on the left and say G's on the right, how do I do this? Everytime I make a change, it shows up in the side panels on every view I select.
