Mole questions- itchy and growing
I have a mole on my thigh that has grown and now another area right next to it seems to be popping up that's itchy. Should I be concerned? Thanks for your help!

Pawn Shop gun
What's a good pawn shop gun in 9mm that can be picked up for under 500usd? Something medium frame size but not a glock. It's for home defense.
ETA: I'm looking for something more higher end but more affordable because it's a pawn shop gun. I live in an area where people pawn nice things. Kimber, 1911s, Beretta, Ruger revolvers, Springfield.
