Do you fear people finding out about you so they wont treat you 'differently?'

Like if someone found out about your diagnosis/es or if they find out about what you do to others or yourself when you're triggered, then you are scared that they will not treat you 'organically' in the sense that they will intentionally change their behavior to be nice to you like they're acting? then it will make you feel like you have fake friends and make you think bad things about yourself?

Is it malingering to go checkup/screening even though nth feels wrong atm?

Was just curious about this cuz since healthcare is free why not go and check your body (even though nothing is presently off at the moment) for common types of cancer so you can catch it early then can cure it since its super early stage which is usually curable. Ive seen people here say they went for multiple surgeries and rack up 5 figures of healthcare fees all paid by mindef which is even more insane than just going for checkup to catch anything early. Im not asking tips on how to malinger, im just asking if its allowed to use the free healthcare and screen your body to catch things early
