25F working adult. Looking for online friends* to draw together and improve together. I’m a hobby artist and feeling I’ve been in a slump. Have been quite shy and generally disconnected from the art world. Decided to join art fight this year, made a few attack drafts but just didn’t feel confident/motivated enough to complete it. Hey, 22M here. Lost most of my friends over the past few years and I’ve been recovering from a pretty rough sickness. I’m finally well enough to go out and do stuff again, but not quite stable enough to go back into school or work yet. Basically just sitting around bored as hell and missing having a proper social life.

Some things about me:
-I can talk for hours about pretty much anything if the convo goes deep enough

-Big into films and anime (been a massive anime nerd since I was a kid, and I’ve watched well over a hundred movies)

- I enjoy games but I’m getting tired of always playing alone

-Used to hit the gym a lot before I got sick hoping I can find my love for it back once I’m better

-Down for mahjong or poker even though I’m not great at either

- I love music a lot, my fav genres are metal, rock and rap but i do listen to a wide range of genres

- i Love food, I’m not working right now so I can’t really go wild on the expensive stuff

because my friends all busy and i was craving their pistachio latte. sat there with my laptop pretending to do work but actually just people watching.

saw this couple taking photos for like 30 mins straight and the guy was so patient, taking like 50 shots from different angles while the girl checked each one. at one point he even asked if she wanted to retake because her hair was covering the light.

idk why but it made me feel weirdly hopeful? like maybe good guys actually exist in sg and it's not all "cb la" energy. or maybe i'm just romanticizing strangers' lives.

anyway the latte was $8.50 which is ridiculous but i'd probably go back. if you've been there what's worth trying next time?

Hi! Wanted to ask how you girls maintain your lashes or get them to stay curled 😭

I love how my lashes look after a lash lift but it’s honestly not very sustainable for me to keep doing, so I’m trying to find something I can do myself at home.

I have pretty straight Asian lashes and I really want them to stay curled or lifted throughout the day. I also don’t really like using mascara because I hate how it smudges when I touch/rub my eyes, especially when I’m out

Would love to hear what you guys do (Like any products you swear by, lash curlers, heated curlers, lash serums, etc) Or even if you use lash clusters / have a specific lash routine! Especially interested in how you keep your lashes looking curled when you go out for the whole day without having to constantly touch them up. Thank you!
