Sony ULT Wear EQ suggestions

I need eq that sound full, good, bassy and so vocals don’t sound dry for stuff like the Kid LAROI and Michael Jackson and hip hop. EQ suggestions in the comments would be great thanks and only eq on the Sony sound connect app as I have iPhone so I can’t use poweramp and wavelet etc

Sony ult wear review

My Sony ULT Wear review 10/10

Sound Quality 9.2/10
Stock sound quality is great but with eq it can be even better sound can be muddy slightly but not enough for me to care exceptional bass especially the ult button before i got these headphones i didnt know if i would like the bass but as ive been using these ive been loving the bass not too much and not too bland. Overall great.

ANC/Ambient Mode (Transparency) 8.9/10
ANC is amazing for the price. I tried them on a bus. It doesn't fully block voices but it muffles them. It's still quiet with no music. They block bus engine noise and cars around fully but with music playing at 25% volume I couldn't hear any chatter or anything. The ambient mode is one of the best ive heard. Sounds like i dont have headphones on with the ambient mode on. Great ANC/Transparency in my opinion.

Build Quality 8.4/10
I've seen lots of reviews saying the build quality has a really cheap feeling but in my head they feel really premium although made from recycled plastic still great. The headband can feel a little sore sometimes but if i adjust it its fine no hinge problems. Yet….. overall good.

Comfort 9.7/10
These are so comfortable on my head the earcups are very wide and my ears go all the way in the earcups which is great for an anc seal.. Headband and ear cushions are very soft but firm memory foam. The earpads can get a little warm after a while so be careful as these don't have sweat resistance. Most comfortable cans ive had.

Features/App 10/10
These headphones have a good amount of features like wear detect touch sensor on right earcup for playback volume and transparency. Simple but good eq. Great battery life 30 hours with ANC on and 50 hours with ANC off and a quick 10-minute charge gives you up to 5 hours of music playback. I'm not complaining about features at all, great app as well. Sometimes it takes a bit with pairing to the app but it happens rarely.

Travel Case 8/10
The case is convenient for traveling with a spot for its 3.5mm aux cable and usb c charger but when folding the ults into the case it can feel a little tight and the hinge may bend a bit which is not good for the headphones long term otherwise its fine.

Durability 8.5/10
Very durable but sometimes I feel like I have to be careful to use them. They bend very far, the earcups fold flat with no creaking or anything. Pretty good durability, no issues at all, hopefully none in the future.

Connectivity 8.9/10
They feature bluetooth version 5.2 with quick and great connectivity. I love the multipoint connection because I can seamlessly change from my windows laptop when gaming to my phone if I need to take a call.Overall very happy with connectivity.

 Aesthetics 9.6/10
I love the ULT Wear design and I have the forest gray colour which makes these look way more premium and smooth. The matte finish feels nice to the touch and doesn't show fingerprints or smudges. If I bump into something or the earcup gets scratched it barely shows unless you're in very good lighting, the look is clean and modern without too much branding. They look stylish and high-end, perfect for wearing anywhere.

Final Thoughts 10/10
These are some great mid tier ANC headphones. They feel better than mid tier and more into the higher end. They have amazing sound quality, comfort, ANC, bass and more. I highly recommend these headphones very much. I cant believe before I bought these I was indecisive if i should save more for xm4 or get the ULT Wears  and I do not regret getting these cans at all.

Thanks for reading my review. I hope it helps anybody who's been thinking if they should get these or not.

Sony ult vs Bose quiet comfort

I’m looking for some over ear headphones that are comfy have customisable eq good features but the main priority for me is anc I was thinking ult wear but I think the bass heavy sound will be too much for me then I saw Bose qc with better anc than the ult’s but I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews and reddit posts (etc) about Bluetooth constantly disconnecting, sound cutting off failing to pair and more importantly looking for some advice for which ones to choose or some that are better my main prioritys are anc comfort and sound quality
