Ryzen 5000 series SOC voltage (Tip)

I've noticed that my SOC power was quite high; peaking to 30w for a 5950x. In idle state the thing would be constant at 65 to 70 degrees. I had no clue what was going on, but it seems that the motherboard when selecting XMP, is raising the voltages for SOC to a unusual and quite high 1.175v - i've lowered this to now 1V, perfectly stable at at most 18 watts when busy, idle 15. Temps below 45 now and in load at max 75W at 144W. cores do boost more or longer consistent.

So if you have a unusual high idle temp, check your SOC power consumption. It should be around, 15W and not 25+ which often is caused by a higher SOC voltage because you selected, XMP.

Fixed it.

Bought a 12000 BTU aircon, but that fan is so powerful it's 100% creating an under pressure, meaning it's going to suck in hot air from at least somewhere. So i figured lets dual hose mod it, and call it a day.

Pro's: It's even more silent now, and the cooling is more efficient.

Con's: likely the day i need to clean it. Even tho i preserved the use of filters, it's a matter of time before those things get clogged up.

All it takes is a box, hot glue, tape, a cutting knife and some creativity.

Edit: last photo, the exhaust pipe (hot) is wrapped in Alu foil to keep the heat inside.

Sexworkers massively getting removed

Ok,

This is a interesting one. Lately, and i'm talking within a week, i'm getting reports from clients and people from inside the industry that Whatsapp is massively, removing accounts that are used for sexwork activity. Now i know that topic is banned in the US, but in Europe it's a perfectly, legal, and where even a license exists for those who practice it by Government law. Nobody understands this raid that's going on - from legitimate businesses practicing massages up to real workers who simply use whatsapp for their communications.

Nobody is sending "nude" pictures, rogue links, it seems that Whatsapp is actively scanning, and likely matching previous data such as IMEI to determine if an account is against the TOS or not. People wonder why this platform gets so much power to remove so many people from their platform, who are doing the right thing, yet stripped from their way of making an income. This is getting absurd.

I also noticed, that even X is suddenly banning, removing, accounts from legitimate businesses that have a license / permit to operate a adult club. Because of the active soliciting going on, it's against the TOS. Is there a crackdown lately going on in the US to strip social media as much as it can anything related to sexwork? I mean if the goal is to move to a different thing like Telegram, Signal, i think meta is doing the right thing here.

this is not an unban request; it's about the absurd impact that's happening now where i see 10 cases of people, businesses getting banned "just because" they have a whatsapp profile in this line, of work.

Slow uploads (images, 8x 40KB) leading to timeout

I am running a website through CF (PRO); proxied; but i notice, the upstream can sometimes even completely time-out when attempting to upload, 8 40KB images at the same time vs 4 per batch. Why does this happen? And what can i do about it?

It's, not my connection, i get the full 500MBit to my server without the use of CF; but when things are proxied, it's just awful slow.
