You know what? Screw it. Now it’s my turn.
I decided to cave in and do this.

I decided to cave in and do this.
This one was hard because no character is truly bad, so the lower tiers were a bit tough.
Maybe some of these do have inertia and I never noticed, but all these moves should get inertia if they don’t already have it.
And I mean a noticeable amount. Not something like Star and Stripe who barely goes a distance. I wanna see some good momentum.
Some of these moves stop you when you hit an opponent, and I want that to stay, but if I don’t hit someone, I wanna get some dang distance afterward.
Why would I want this? To make the characters feel more fun to play. I 100% have been drugged by the inertia patch, and now it feels so annoying whenever I use a skill to go a distance…and I get randomly stopped.
But hey, maybe that’s just me.

Maybe they’re based off of these old puppets they used for commercials.
For those who don’t know, M&L RPG rules would mean every attack towards Mario and/or Luigi is dodge-able. Doesn’t matter what it is, they can dodge it. Sometimes they can even counter and make the attack damage the opponent instead.
So, let’s say in this scenario, the person playing the bros. preforms absolutely perfectly, meaning they’ll counter/dodge everything. Is your OC still beating them?
Twitch streamer MMK4 has fallen asleep during an match of Area Control Battle due to how insanely unstimulating the mode is. He slept for like 4 hours.
For context, he normally stays up to like 3 PM EST. (2 PM his time)
Hilarious, but also shows how incredibly boring it is.
I find the same opinion on him everywhere. "He tickles!" "He doesn't do enough damage!" "Buff his damage!"
Yeah, you guys ask for this NOW until it actually happens and you're really feeling those 200+ damage combos he has hit even harder than before. (300+ on HP, I think)
You're MEANT to use your entire kit to combo opponents when playing him. His combos hit super hard already, I don't know why you guys want him to get more damage.
The only move I see that "tickles" is his unaimed alpha, but let's be honest with ourselves. Do we REALLY want a tracking move buffed to do more damage? After taking a look at Rapid Hawks in his prime, we don't need any 15-20 spammable rocks hitting us constantly while he just sits on a giant pillar. It does 12 damage already at lvl 9. No more is needed. Not to mention he's doing a Koichi impression by sliding all over the place and becoming basically unhittable WHILE shooting the alphas.
That being said, what we REALLY need is to make his moves not bug out and work 100% of the time, or at least more often. THAT'S what we need. We don't need anymore damage on a character made for comboing.
But that's just my opinion. Feel free to leave your opinion in the comments.
I hope I'm not making any spite match-ups here since idk where exactly Nintendo's universes scale.
