Keep calling customer service and say INFOPASS... Call until you get with understanding agent. This agent was helpful and pushed to get my biometrics appointment when I didn't have one yet!! Some people have sympathy and will work with you!! She got it done the same day !!
Filed March 23rd 2026, was wondering why I didn't have an answer on biometrics. Called USCIS after infopass prompt. As of April 22nd I was told I was next batch of scheduling. After checking yesterday and no update on the website I decided to call. I actually have an appointment for May 20th. Lady who was very helpful mentioned they are having trouble with updates showing on the website. Please call!!! Don't let even more delays come up because of their faulty site. This is our livelyhood and a quick call is the difference.
