Second time in this city! Need non touristy rec.

So my wife and I are travelling to Hanoi again but this time for her babymoon. We travelled well around Vietnam for 12 days 3 years ago. We loved Hanoi so much that we wanted to come back and relax in the city. Also because we cannot go to another place in Vietnam due to travel exhaustion for her. So what would you recommend us do this time around? Any unpopular places locals would recommend us go explore for some time? Any food recommendations which aren’t quite popular but we should consider. Anything goes. Thank you!

All inclusive Hotels?

Hello I’m planning to travel to Sri Lanka in September with my wife for her baby-moon! I’m looking for an all inclusive hotel for 4N5D preferably a beach front/access! Can anyone suggest me some locations and beaches along with any specific hotels I should look into? Thank you in advance.

What’s the reason behind this rally?

HAL has been going steady since some time. But today it just rallied up like crazy. Anyone knows the reason behind this? Any new orders or successful deliveries?

How do I introduce it to the soil?

I’ve been rooting this monstera for a month now and it seems to have nicely grown some roots and accessory roots to it as well. I want to know what’s the best strategy to introduce it to the soil now?
Should I start adding soil to this container and let the water content be more? Should I transfer it to a completely new container ? If so, what’s the best soil mix to introduce water propagated plants?

What are these white flying insects?

I recently found these white insects who can fly around on my leaves. There is also a black scrapable deposit on the back of the leaves. Never had these on my plants before. I want to know what I can do to get rid on them. It’s rainy season where I’m am at so sunlight is less these days. I don’t have to water them lately but otherwise I water them when 3-4 inches are dry.

Monstera growing smaller leaves

I’ve had this monstera for a few years since it was given to me as a cutting. Since then it has been growing some larger leaves and some not so small ones alternately. But the new ones which are coming are significantly smaller now and I would like to get some insights in this matter. The plant gets indirect sunlight for few hours in the afternoon and I water it only when the soil is dry.
Should I put it in a larger pot? It’s been in this pot for at least a year and a half now.

I think there is a crack in the lens.

I found my grandfathers old AFGA Film camera. While going through it and exploring and opening up the camera, I noticed a crack at the inside of the lens along with some dust. So I tried to clean it with some alcohol and Q-tips and there is some layer while is getting peeled off but I haven’t tried to remove it. Anyways, is this something to be concerned about? Should I try to find someone to repair it? Will this leave a permanent mark on all my photos?
Please help me out! Thank you

What’s happening to my ZZ plant

Recently I’m noticing that only this one strand of zz plant is curling up so to speak. It’s not turning yellow or anything. It’s kept where you get indirect sunlight for at least 3-4 hours a day. I water it only when the soil is dried out. All other strands are healthy but this one looks like this. Can I save it?

So I have been playing badminton for almost 24 years (18years professional) of my life. I decided to enter a recreational tennis tournament at my club and thought I’ll start coaching there after. It’s been 5 months and I can’t get enough of it. Coaching every day, all day watching YouTube videos to get better, got the best racket in the market and I can’t wait to get better and enter proper tournaments soon.

Have you guys taken up a new hobby/sport in your 30s that you can’t get enough of?
