Just wanted to Share !

So my doctor hit me today about CT reading for my heart! I have very minor plaque build up from high cholesterol over the years which is good news because it could been a lot worse,she told me it could be between diet over the years or hereditary,I think if I didn't practice 5 to 10 day water fasting from time to time or juice fasting,I also somewhat do Omad diet,my arteries would be beyond clogged. The part I'm nervous about is during the scan they found a small non cancerous lump on my lung, she tell me it's nothing to worry about unless it gets bigger,so I got to go back in a year for a scan,but my heart is still healthy for the most,I think in a couple of weeks I'm ready to hop into my 10 day water fast and get back on track! My Son Gradated 🙏🏾🧡

I remember 4 years ago I posted a pic in this group of me and my son when he first became a freshman and started his high school journey, that year we had loss his mom to covid,I was wondering How can pull this off as single parent, plus I had my own health issues dealing with mental health and diabetes, it was so many positive comments on that post, but also it was some Debbie Downers lol on there telling me that if I don't lose weight I will not see him graduate from high school, and that wasn't supposed to be the focus of the post! But Hey guess what beautiful folks my son Jaden did it!! He graduated class of 2026 and live to tell about it! 💯💪🏾🖤☺️ Now we working on college goals! I have 2 criminal justice degrees!! I need him to carry the torch!☺️🔥💪🏾 Thank you all Beautiful folks for being here with me on this journey and thank you all for the congrats in advance!! 🧡☺️

High Pressure Fuel Pump Help

Can someone guide me on how the High Pressure Fuel Pump looks for a 2012 X5 xdrive35i gas 6 cy, I thought I order the right part but my mechanic thinking it's not the right part or fitment, I order from part geeks, the part says it fits my model, the mechanic is close to getting off the fuel pump , but he claims by looking he don't think I got the right part I'm so over it lol smh
