Triple digit heat is nearly a guarantee for most of NJ Thursday-Friday and the 4th of July won't be too far ahead.

If you're going to be away from the beaches, it's very possible it's 100F on July 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

Even if it doesn't this will be heat WITH humidity. You'll need A/C, you'll need extra water, you'll need shade.

The beaches? Cooler but still sizzlin'.
