New West Wing Weekly episode
I haven't listened yet, but excited to see there's a new episode on A Few Good Men on WWW/Political Film Fest. Thought some here might want to know.

I have been trying for a month to redeem this promotion:
https://help.doordash.com/en-us/consumers/article/chase-partnership
I have an Amazon Prime Chase card which should make me eligible for the cobrand promotion. I added my card, signed up for DashPass, was charged 9.99 and received an email informing me that I would be charged 9.99 a month for this free offer. So I went on chat and explained the problem to what I was told was a live chat agent. After half an hour of explaining my problem and receiving incoherent answers, the agent told me that I should agree to cancel the membership for a refund of the 9.99, and I should then be able to sign up again under the terms of the free membership.
I canceled as instructed, I deleted all forms of payment except the Chase card, deleted and reinstalled the app, and no free offer populates the app. It only offers me a 96 dollar annual or 9.99 monthly subscription rate. So today I called them. The agent told me that he gets an error message saying that I have either redeemed the offer already (I have never had a free membership, only paid ones) or am not eligible. He said he would have to escalate the case to find out what the problem was. I waited on hold for half an hour from the start of the call, at which time I was disconnected.
Failing any other solutions, can someone give me a place to report this absurdly bad customer experience? Why is this so difficult? Is there a headquarters that I can write to via US mail, and would that help? I'm not some lunatic, I'm a Doordash member of five years just trying to redeem an offer that I think I'm eligible for. Thanks in advance.
I don't know if the picture does it justice, but I had a sausage pizza yesterday from Union Park Pizza on Newbury Street that made my heart glad. The crust-to-topping ratio was perfection. The moment I saw it, I knew I wanted to take a picture. But as you can see, even though my phone was right next to me, I could not wait another thirty seconds before taking a bite, so the picture had to wait.
People are always swapping restaurant recs here, but I wonder if you guys have had a favorite meal that you can comment on by also posting your picture of it? If you're a home chef, I'd enjoy that too.
Cars are bumper to bumper and barely moving.
Today, I needed to go to Harvard (Widener) Library from the Back Bay. I walked along Marlborough to Mass Ave, and when I got there, the app said there was a 20 minute wait for the next #1 bus. It was a 45 minute walk to the library, so something told me not to leave my fate in the hands of the T since I needed to get there before the library closed at 5. Sure enough, I walked at a normal speed the length of Mass Ave from Marlborough to the gate leading to Harvard Yard, and as I rounded through the gate into Harvard around 4 15, the bus was listed as being 2 minutes away but was still not visible on the horizon.
Granted there was a small accident on the bridge (pictured) which held things up a bit in both directions. But that didn't explain the 20 minute wait that was already indicated when I reached Mass Ave -- the traffic on the bridge was not yet congested.
