Why does Shaggy get Scooby to roll his joints for him?

Shaggy’s joints don’t always turn out, but Scooby’s doobies do

24M, Canada, NS =)

6ft1 (185cm), 210lb. Solid build, doesn’t say no to cheeseburgers 🫶

Area of Work/Study: I’m an independent reseller. I mainly do deals for electronics and vehicles as I’m most familiar with those markets. I’ve been entrepreneurial minded since about 15 when I began selling digital coins on the NHL video game, here on Reddit 🤓

Hobbies/Interests: Hockey (obviously - Canadian). I’m a diehard Pittsburgh Penguins fan with Sidney Crosby being from my hometown. I also play on a rec league team my best friend manages

I’m big into optimization, literally for anything. How can I be 10% quicker at this, how can I maximize efficiency in that etc. I’m quite ADHD and like to be organized so I have spreadsheets for just about any part of my life. My work, fitness, what have you

Not as much in recent years, but video games are something I quite enjoy. I love competition, in practically anything.. sports, games, math 😂 I grew up playing a lot of sports games, but ARK: Survival Evolved is probably my favourite game of all time. Show me a picture of a dinosaur and there’s a good chance I can name it. Mario Kart is a good shout too

Being frugal. I get more enjoyment living below my means and putting money aside opposed to having to grind out as much work as possible to keep up with high living expenses. I value my freedom. I also grew up lower-middle class so that probably plays a role in it

Details about your faith journey/denomination: I just came to Christ 3 years ago. I was not raised a believer, nobody in my household nor any of my friends were religious growing up. I sought Him after spending years chasing pretty much everything the world tells you will make you happy and realizing it didn’t. Money, status, lust, alcohol, nihilism as a whole. I hit rock bottom and was suffering greatly, I had no idea what the answer could possibly be. At the time I was staying with my grandfather who is Christian, and I decided to pick up a Bible and read it to see what it was about. I got heavily interested in scripture and began praying daily. For the first time, I felt hopeful. I’d finally found something that gave life actual meaning. I always struggled with meaning; “why am I here?”, “what is the point of doing all of this?”, “how is everyone content with the way they live?”. Everything I had chased trying to find purpose before always left me feeling empty. Shortly after I began seeking, I started seeing things unfold around me that were too coincidental to ignore; divine intervention perhaps. It really confirmed to me I was on the right path and I’ve been trying to grow closer to Jesus ever since. I am not a perfect Christian, I don’t know everything about living a holy life - but this is what I want for the rest of my days here, and I’m only interested in someone who also wants a God-centred relationship. He saved my life.. twice I guess 😅 I’m still figuring out where I fit denominationally. I care much more about following Christ than arguing over labels, and I’m happy to learn alongside someone who feels the same

What sort of person are you looking for: Someone kind, genuinely committed to following Christ, a good sense of humour goes a long way with me; I am a goofball. Someone that 100% wants kids, that is a dealbreaker for me. I don’t have a huge checklist beyond that — if we hit it off, we hit it off

Preferred age range: Not particularly strict, but ideally under 30

Are you open to long distance or relocating: If God sends Ms Perfect to me and the caveat is she lives far away, who am I to say no? If you think we’d get along, feel free to reach out =)

Experience with Cheese & Coffee?

The only things that enter my mouth are: ground beef, eggs, cheese, salt, black coffee and my toothbrush

I’ve heard people say dairy hinders weight loss, but I can’t see how that’s possible at smaller amounts (I only put some on my burger patties and eggs. Maybe ~50G a day). I find cheese makes my meals more palatable

I drink a lot of black coffee. Roughly 4-6 Tbsp of instant ground Nescafé per day. Not concerned about carbs/oxalates in it as they’re still extremely low-to-negligible. I’ve been drinking this much coffee for about 5 years

I’m curious if anybody has experienced negative side effects from either of these? Skin issues, inflammation, mental problems, etc?

I have suffered from ADHD/Depression/Anxiety since early teenage years and am curious if this WOE may improve symptoms. I know lion diet is king when it comes to healing protocols, just want to know if I’m potentially blocking benefits from consuming these 2 outliers. Currently on day 9. Thanks 🙏

Dramatic Skin Peeling on Both Arms?

Hey guys, I’ve used keto/meat heavy eating many times in the past mainly for weight loss as it works great for me. This time around I have decided to eliminate low-carb fruits/veggies and just eat purely animal based. I primarily eat ground beef, eggs, bacon, cheese and I salt my meals

I started this run off with a 3-day fast, then transitioned into eating just these foods. I noticed on the second day of eating I had a lot of dry flaky skin on my upper arms and shoulders, but nowhere else. Exactly how skin peels after getting a sunburn, but I have not been in the sun. I have changed nothing in my daily life aside from starting this diet

This has persisted every day around the same time in the afternoon about an hour after my first meal. It’s super strange, it’s only localized to my upper arms and shoulders. I used to get pretty bad acne in these places growing up so I’m wondering if that has anything to do with it

I don’t take it as a bad sign. I still suffer from acne/inflammation on my face and it’s been clearing up every day. Not concerning just more curious than anything

Anyone else experience something similar?
