The film compiles archival footage, newsreels, and survivor interviews covering events such as the Hindenburg disaster, Hurricane Camille, the sinking of the Andrea Doria, the 1973 Indianapolis 500 crash, the Xenia tornado, and the Joelma Building fire. 

The story follows a group of troubled youths in the Puget Sound area who, driven by violent impulses and forbidden urges, embark on a deadly rampage where murder becomes their twisted form of entertainment.
