First off.. I in no way shape or form have any information other than what's already out there. This is just speculation / hope / cope

But I've noticed something. With the meta tech message about a new and improved Oliver tree in the "near future".. It got me thinking.

We have the new foundation. We have a ton of venues that haven't cancelled the show. If you go looking hard enough at the venues.. Youll see things. Instead of cancelling the venue I have tickers for.. It just shows sold out on ticket master. Most USA shows just show sold out. Venues over seas show either "ticket sales on hold". And there was one venue in australia that said on their ticket page they were working with Olivers group after his passing to work on the future details. There's about a month left before the USA part of the tour starts...

I contacted the venue I have tickets from and asked if they had planned on cancelling and I got a nice reply but they said they have gotten no green lights from Olivers team to cancel.

We also know he had 3D scans of himself done.. As confirmed by the artist who did the Visualations for the dr Oliver tree tour. His shows were built around visuals and art.

What If we get some sorta rebuilt / virtual / hologram / animated oliver tree tribute show to kick off the baby genius foundation? Maybe that's why no updates yet.. As there seeing they can create and pull it off before cancelling.

The world wasn't ready for Oliver tree. And it also wasn't ready for him to leave.

Just my hope.

Recently bought an 02 sequoia. Went to go get thru inspection. It had some issues i was expecting (power steering fluid leak. Needa brakes. Kind stuff) but i did not notice the frame rott in the rear frame on the left and right side, and in the internal real bumper. Gutted. I know rust can be an issue on toyotas. I dont have a ton into it. (Its alot for me but I know everyone's got different financial situations)

I took it too a local shop that does this kinda work. Guy was super nice. Says its def fixable. Also kinda gave me the impression that he thought whoever did the inspection went a bit hard. He gave me an estimate which wasnt terrible but I believe at just the rust fix im now over the value of the vehicle from my research.

I currently have it for sale myself. Altho im not going to not point out the issues it has with the frame as I believe karma is a bitch. But anytime I mention the rust either they lose interest or low ball salvage price.

Its got 220k on it. Seems to run great otherwise. Everything else is pretty clean. Im not really mechanically inclined to do repair work on it not do I have the tools or space. So any other the other work that needs to be done id have to pay for.

What would you do ? Cut your loses or try to make it work.

Also next year I can tag the truck historic so I dont have to get a safety inspection.. but id still want to get the non cosmetic spots fixed.
