The Dad wants to take my 12 year old son to a 4 day edm music festival on Vancouver Island this July.

The festival is called Pachena Bay music festival. It is advertised as being kid friendly and all thw dads friends are convincing my Son it will be a good time.

The Dad has taken my Son to many races since he was little and my Son has very bad anxiety about being left in the tent whilst his dad parties till sunrise. I told my ex how my son feels and that he told me he doesn't want to go but my ex told me that it was untrue. He plans on taking him and said there is nothing I can do.

My Son was in tears tonight not wanting to go.

He goes to his dads every other weekend now, it used to be week on week off but my son told him he didn't want to stay over as much because he doesnt feel comfortable at his dads. His dad has him sleeping on rhe couch and there isn't much privacy.

I dont know what I can do about this festival.

This is my friends son's chart.

He is very introverted and a perfectionist. He can be rather mean at times and after he goes inwards and feels ashamed and gets very depressed and suicidal at times. He doesn't make friends very easy and has struggled to fit in. I always look at his chart and think to myself.. this is a hard chart for someone and I do feel for him.

Is Pachena Bay Electronic music festival 2026 kid friendly?

My friend has an introverted 12 year old boy who is not good in large crowds and has brought him a ticket to go. I don't know much about this festival, is it a drug infested party like shams?

My son's father and I have followed a week-on/week-off parenting schedule for approximately six years. I cannot afford a lawyer, so I have always tried to work through parenting issues amicably and focus on what is best for our son. Over the years, my son has repeatedly expressed that he is uncomfor

My Son expressed he only wanted to see his Dad 4 days out of the month when he turned 12.

I have seperated my mascovey drake from the rest of my flock. Now the 5 ladies have been without him for a few days. Happy and frolicking but today I notice one female trying to mount the other and biting her foot and wing. What is the best thing to do when they behave his way?

We originally had 3 drakes and 10 females, but we are now down to 1 drake and 8 females. He is just over a year old and has become extremely aggressive..

he will attack us if we enter the enclosure, and even hisses and puffs up when people walk past the fence.

Although he mates with the females, I’ve noticed his behavior during mating is very rough and concerning. He pecks at the females’ heads and eyes, pulls out their feathers, and can be quite violent with them. I’ve also noticed that when he mounts a female, the rest of the flock often gangs up on him and pecks at him.

For now, I’ve separated him from the flock, but I’m starting to feel like I may have to cull him.

I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions or experience with this kind of behavior?
