We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified business owners actively seeking business financing.
This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation
15% commission on company revenue generated from every funded deal originating from your leads.
Example: If a funded deal generates $10,000 in commission revenue, you earn $1,500.
There is no cap on earnings. The more qualified opportunities you generate that fund, the more you earn.
Your Role
Your primary responsibility is lead generation — our team handles the sales and closing.
You will:
Identify and target qualified U.S. businesses
Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns
Generate business owners interested in financing
Deliver qualified prospects directly into our CRM/funnel
Track lead sources and campaign performance
Continuously optimize campaigns to increase conversions
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B lead-generation experience
MCA/business financing experience is highly preferred
Experience with cold email, data sourcing, scraping/enrichment, LinkedIn, paid advertising, outbound automation, or similar channels
Ability to develop your own strategies instead of relying solely on purchased lists
Understanding of lead qualification and targeting
Ability to consistently produce and scale qualified leads
