Caffeine will keep you stuck in life..

The longer I continue drinking caffeine the more frustrating the quality of your life becomes.. it keeps you stuck in a loop of highs and lows. Dependency and withdrawals when you stop. It doesn't make you more productive on the things you actually want to accomplish in your life that requires a stable mind and nervous system that isn't constantly stimulating and running off stress hormones.. caffeine is the most annoying addiction ever. Off of caffeine im naturally more productive, confident, energetic and just flow with life.

Vacation is pointless if you're drinking caffeine the entire time xD

If you're going on a vacation to relax and get away from stress . It doesn't make sense to drink caffeine.. because your external environment can be peacefull but if your internal environment is stressful (drinking caffeine) being on vacation won't fix you.. you're just going to come back from that vacation even more tired from all the caffeine and traveling 😂😂 I speak from experience lol

Time for another digital detox

I went on a digital detox from Augest 1st to the 7th .. it was such a a peaceful and productive week. I don't remember the last time I went a week without my phone.. but once I ended the digital detox I casually started using my phone again for 3 days watching mostly YouTube and I can already feel how my life is shifting in a negative way. Felt like I was making so much progress and rediscovering myself without the constant noise. I decided to go on another digital detox for the rest of the month.. being offline is the new flex ✨💎

Binge relapse after 30 days ..

Went 30 days on sr and as soon as I started feeling good i end up drinking a lot of alcohol then relapsed 3 times that night.. then 2 days later relapsed another 3 times.. 2 days later I was already feeling like shit and just ended up drinking 10 tall cans that afternoon/night and think relapsed 3 times again. I hardly even remember it.. it was one of those nights where you're drinking and pmoing all night until you black out.. I even purposely broke my tablet after I stopped.. currently on day 5 feeling exhausted.. I also quit caffeine cold turkey so it's double the withdrawals. . relapsing is never worth it. You must protect your seed because this isn't a game.. it's spiritual warfare.. body and muscles feel tight, zero motivation or energy to do things I enjoy.. i discovered "corn" at around 11 and now bout to be 28.. I've had pretty successful high SR streaks in the past like 1 yr. 250+ days several times.. but sometimes would look at corn but still retain.. dont do that keep your mind free from any sexual content ... It's time to let go of my old identity. The longer you pmo the worse your life becomes.. we have to be completely sober and vigilant when retaining because you can lose your streak and benefits in a blink of an eye.. all my relapses in the past have been due to being drunk or drinking too much caffeine and overstimulating my nervous system.. your life is 10x better when retaining and being sober but you must protect your discipline..

that's all I wanted to talk about have a good night guys. Goodluck❤️

Day 3 no caffeine

Binged for a couple of weeks. Just to avoid withdrawals during work.. that's the evil thing about caffeine once you start you can't stop until you have at least 2 days off work to at least get through the headaches and let your body rest . Everytime I been on a caffeine binge it's like I'm on auto pilot.. and my mental/physical health starts declining .. even on day 3 no caffeine I feel so much more peace . Slept amazing last night 😌 ✨

I physically can't afford relapses anymore ⚰️☕ caffeine will kill you slowly💀

Been drinking caffeine consistently for the past 4 years .I been wanting to stop drinking it since 2024 but always kept going back to it and ruining the progress and momentum I was building from when I would stop . As soon as I would start feeling better I would self sabotage and go back to drinking it 🤦‍♂️..

Towards the end of 2025 I started going longer days without it . 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months .. and my life always got significantly better after going through withdrawals like tight muscles and fatigue.. then once I felt better my subconscious mind would trick me into having a drink because "it will be different this time" then that one drink leads to a few more days drinking more caffeine until I'm back in a daily cycle and running on fumes and simply drinking it for the cheap dopamine hit..

Now I'm 3 days without it and my nervous system and muscles feel tight and exhausted.. the muscle tightness and fatigue is no joke. Last time it took me around 40 days before my body started feeling better only to mess all the healing by going back to drinking it again for a week or two.. it's a vicious cycle that just kills your progress.. you either suffer to heal.. or you suffer from avoiding healing . Seriously feels like my dream life is on the other side of caffeine addiction.. I've seen glimpses of who I am without caffeine.. I'm tired of these stupid relapses. Iknow a relapse can be a learning experience but after a while you just want to be completely done with that cycle... Caffeine slowly destroys your mind, body and nervous system.. you never give your body a chance to heal and repair itself . Instead it's just masked with more caffeine because you don't want to deal with the withdrawals and the slow process it will take to overcome this.. I don't want to go another year in this stupid cycle of quitting, withdrawals, benefits, relapses ,binging again and repeat.. that's all I wanted to say.. goodluck..

Caffeine is an illusion and never worth it

Im speaking to myself and other people that can relate. How many times have you been caffeine free ,feeling good and then you get tempted with a drink and as soon as you have it literally less than an hour after drinking it you start feeling like shit ,anxiety, intrusive thoughts, a bunch of negative side effects and you're just there telling yourself how this is a big ass illusion and is never worth it ..at this point Everytime you start drinking caffeine again you're just volunteering to unnecessarily suffer . Can't blame nobody but yourself . It doesn't matter how normalized caffeine is or how many coffee shops or energy drinks there are . You have to choice to not participate.. simple as that. Know thyself. Peace

Quiting caffeine comes with a lot of inner peace

Drank caffeine for 3 years straight and started taking short breaks towards the middle of 2025.. 1 week / 2 weeks , 1 month, 3 months no caffeine, and Everytime I stopped the quality of my life always started improving. Starting looking better, sleeping better , more agile improvements in basically every aspect .. but everytime I would go back it always led to instant bullshit .. groggy, no energy, excema, stressed out...and thats just when drinking caffeine but you still experience a bunch of negative side effects a few weeks completely caffeine free.. the worst one for me is tight muscles and lack of drive.. but once I get a good streak of no caffeine I have a abundance of energy and stamina. I feel flexible AF and everything starts to improve again .. I drank caffeine for a week after not drinking any in 3 months and it wasn't even worth it .. even the 1st day drinking it was already stressing me out then i continued for a few more days just to avoid withdrawals during the work week..

Now I'm almost 1 month no caffeine and I feel 50% better but still .. it just holds you back so much from the progress you were making when you were caffeine free .

Not worth it

Quiting caffeine will make you extremely handsome or extremely beautiful. Drinking toxic seed juice makes you ugly Everytime I would drink caffeine it felt like it drained the energy and youthfulness out of my face and eyes ..almost a month caffeine free and my face is glowing ✨ .
