What's Missing In The Neighborhood?

Feels like there have been some nice arrivals recently like L'Apartment 4F, Jules and even that new bodega on Henry Street has some good stuff, but there are still plenty of empty storefronts on Henry and Montague in pretty prime locations.

What do you think the neighborhood could use?

WSJ: "There’s More to Space Stocks Than SpaceX: Rocket Lab gives investors another way to play the space race"

Likely behind a paywall, but didn't want this to get lost in the daily discussion:

>Indeed, Rocket Lab could make bigger rockets if space-based artificial intelligence takes hold and demand shifts toward moving ever larger amounts of stuff into orbit, finance chief Adam Spice said. That would make it an even closer competitor to SpaceX.

>The company could even build and operate space data centers as part of a vertical-integration strategy it is pursuing. “We would much rather be building out our own data centers in orbit and leasing that capacity out to customers rather than just building something for them,” Spice said.

I believe these are quotes from Adam Spice directly to the author, and the first I've read/heard them mentioning both a bigger rocket than Neutron and building their own Data Centers. Felt notable.

Rocket Lab CEO Peter Beck on Neutron, Archimedes, and the future of space

Thought this was the best SPB interview in a while. Some good questions from the community and a really good watch for the people who are here due to the recent run up and/or SpaceX IPO. Worth the 15 minute watch for any investor.

RKLB Listing Transferred to Nasdaq Global Select Markets

Great catch from @ Gykiwi03 on twitter. They were previously on Nasdaq Capital Markets, skipped over Nasdaq Global markets and are now in the highest tier of the Nasdaq, the Global Select Markets.

There are some institutions, pension funds, asset managers, endowments etc that strictly prevent investing in the Capital Markets tier, so this should result in passive inflows. Big news especially ahead of the SpaceX IPO with money flowing into the sector.

Expecting small Neutron updates but I’m most curious about any updates on the rumored Equatys deal.

Anything else you want updates on from SPB and co?
