I’m installing about 60 DMF Artafex 4 inch modules with retrofit trims into 4, 5, and 6 inch cans.

The modules have what appears to be a 18 awg grounding wire that the instructions state should be attached for grounding. I was going to use a screw on the cans, but the connected wire is too short to comfortably attached and properly mount the module and trim to the cans.

I was thinking of using stranded grounding pigtails connected to the attached grounding cable with a wire connector and the ring end attached to a screw in the cans.

Does this sound right or is the grounding even necessary?

The only pigtails I’m seeing available are 12 and 14 awg unless getting a roll of 18 and wiring myself.

Is there a better alternative?

I had a company coat my garage with epoxy, flake, and polyaspartic topcoat. 2 day job. They did an excellent job imo overall.

However, the epoxy flake and topcoat extended on the apron. This was done because there was previous failing diy epoxy on the apron from the previous homeowner.

The epoxy/topcoat is not fully formed around the apron though when it cured (probably because it’s exposed outside and/or was prone to retaining moisture). Either way, it doesn’t look right and I’m concerned about failure outside that could lead inside.

Would it be reasonable for me to ask to have the coating removed from the apron and a pigmented acrylic sealer be used on the apron instead at my expense? Could this be done without compromising the rest of the coating inside?

I know Lionsgate pulled this release after it was discovered that the color was off.

It’s available to purchase again. Does this mean they be corrected the color timing and it’s a new disc or is is this same release with the messed up color?

Just received notice that this was delayed to May 29. Not a huge delay, but I ordered as soon as the original preorder listing went live.

Anyone else have their order delayed?
