IDFC First bank results , What do y'all think

IDFC First Bank declared its Q1 FY27 financial results on July 25, 2026, showing a net profit of ₹1,075 crore, net interest income of ₹5,972.3 crore, and an improved gross NPA of 1.51%.

Financial Highlights

Net Profit: Rose 132.4% year-on-year to ₹1,075 crore (standalone) compared to ₹465 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Net Interest Income (NII): Increased by 21.1% year-on-year to ₹5,972.3 crore from ₹4,933 crore.

Core Operating Profit: Stood at ₹2,371 crore, reflecting a 36.0% growth year-on-year.

Asset Quality and Deposits

Gross NPA (GNPA): Improved to 1.51% down from 1.61% sequentially and 1.96% a year ago.

Net NPA (NNPA): Reduced to 0.44% down from 0.48% in the previous quarter.

Total Deposits: Reached ₹3,11,892 crore, growing 18% year-on-year.

CASA Ratio: Stood at a strong 50.8%.
