Here's my game log, ive off work next week. What do I play?

Hi all,

As the title says, I'm booked off work this week so got some spare time on my hands whilst the wife is at work and child in nursery.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16E5LrIJW-s3KgucJo19T9bYcus72AEByxTOe8txQUx4/edit?usp=drivesdk

What should I aim to complete.

Just to explain the log a bit, because a game is red doesn't mean I've never played it. It can mean I played it years ago and never finished or I just played it to mess around in that world

Effective Marketing for startup?

Hi all,

Sorry not sure if this is a question that's frequently asked here! Apologies if it is.

I have a small side hustle that in started in January, I have had a few customers but only a couple have signed for my monthly support plans.

It's really dried up and I've had no new clients for the last few months.

I want to start running effective ads. I've tried Facebook/Instagram but dont seem to get any results not been queried.

What has worked well for people with a tight budget? Like is said this is a side hustle and money is tight.

Appreciate any input!!

Hi,

Just had a tour at David Lloyd Trafford city and was excited to sign up due to what I had read online.

I was hoping for an off peak or club type membership which shows on their website but at the end of the tour me and my partner were told that they only offer platinum memberships?

Is this standard for some branches? We have a young child so were disappointed by this as we would be paying for facilities we wouldn’t have the time to use

Hey everyone — became a dad last year and realised how much harder everything gets when you don’t have a proper list or plan in front of you.

Between bottles, naps, appointments, chores, shopping, and just trying to remember what day it is, I kept thinking “why isn’t there one simple place for all this stuff?”

So I’ve been building a family organiser app that pulls everything into one hub:

• Shared calendar for appointments, nursery days, routines
• Chores so nothing gets forgotten
• Meal planning for the week
• Shopping list you can assign to each person
• Family chat built in
• Message board for quick notes
• Shared photo album
• Family accounts with invite codes

Basically trying to make something that keeps the mental load lighter, especially in that first year when your brain is mush and you’re running on caffeine and vibes.

I’m planning to make it a one‑time purchase, not a subscription, because new parents already have enough monthly expenses.

If you’re a dad, what would actually help you day‑to‑day?
Anything you wish an app like this did? Anything you constantly forget or struggle to keep track of?

Would love ideas from people who are in the thick of it too.

Hey all, I’m building a family‑management app and would love your ideas.

I’ve been working on an app that tries to put all the day‑to‑day family stuff in one place instead of having it scattered across five different apps. Right now it includes:

• Shared calendar for events, school stuff, appointments
• Chores with assignments and due‑today filters
• Meal planning for the week
• Shopping list where you can assign who’s picking up what
• Family chat built in
• Message board for quick notes
• Shared photo album
• Family accounts with invite codes

Basically trying to make a simple “household hub” that works for parents, kids, and grandparents without being overwhelming.

I’m planning to make it a one‑time purchase instead of a subscription, because families already have enough monthly costs.

If you’re a parent, what features would actually make your life easier?
Anything you wish an app like this did? Anything existing apps get wrong?

Would love honest thoughts and ideas from people who actually deal with the chaos every day.
