Correct values for es_systems/es_find_rules to add Super ZSNES on Android

Hi,

I seem to be unable to get the correct values for the es_systems.xml and es_find_rules.xml files in my Android installation of ES-DE to add the stand-alone Super ZSNES emulator.

Does anybody have this info?

Thanks!

Recreating a mix image for a single game, without having to do so for the entire console list

I like playing around with the meta-data for my games in ES-DE, and very frequently I replace the box cover, logo or screenshot after I let ES-DE scrape these images online.

However, to generate a new mix image, I have to select Miximage Settings>Offline Generator, which goes through all of the games for a particular console. It makes the process redundant and time consuming.

Wouldn't it be nice is ES-DE would offer a "Generate Mix Image" setting on a per-game basis?

Aqara P100 multi-state sensor added to Apple Home (Thread/Matter), but does not report sensor status

I have added the Aqara P100 multi-state sensor to my Apple Home setup using Matter over Thread. The device shows up in the Apple Home app, and the new Thread Tools app shows the device with a strong link to the Border Router.

I want to use it to detect the opening of the letterbox.

However, the Apple Home app always show the sensor as "Open", even when its orientation changes from vertical to horizontal. I am aware of the differences between the Zigbee mode and the Thread mode, and I know that Thread mode only support opening/closing of doors/windows, but I would assume that a orientation change could also be reported as "door open and close".

Is there a way to enable this in the Thread/Matter mode with Apple Home? Thanks.

Customized ES-DE: TMS9918/Z80 systems combined to showcase game port differences

VIDEO HERE: https://www.reddit.com/r/ESDE_Frontend/comments/1uiwlrv/customized_esde_tms9918z80_systems_combined_to/

I love customizing the Linear theme in ES-DE on my Thor. I replaced system images for some systems (like MSX1, MSX2 and CD-i), and created new "systems" like 'Konami', containing all Konami MSX1/MSX2 games.

Now I created a new "system" that combines game systems based on the TMS9918 VDP and the Z80 CPU, a popular combination in the early 80s. Systems include the likes of ColecoVision, Sega SG-1000, Casio PV2000, SpectraVideo SV-318 and of course MSX1.

Some games released for these systems look exactly the same on all of them (since the hardware is identical), however, some games were ported by different companies. Having them together in one list makes it easy to see the differences.

I made videos containing the same scene so they can easily be compared. In the above video I demonstrate this with Buck Rogers and Congo Bongo for ColecoVision, MSX and SG-1000.

Games that were only released for one system are in separate subfolders with an image of the console. For the "system" image, I combined the ColecoVision and SG-1000 controllers, and part of the SV-318 keyboard.

Gotta love the flexibility of ES-DE!

Integrating iiSU with ES-DE's media files (including video)

I have put a lot of effort in curating the media files for my ROMs library in ES-DE, including creating custom videos for certain games.

I was wondering how easy it it to point iiSU to ES-DE's media folders so that they can use the same files. Has iiSU any abilities to show video previews in a similar manner to ES-DE?
