Can I avoid having to touch my screen 20 or more times after a lesson? I just went to spend my time learning, not pressing buttons and opening chests.

First, I couldn't verify my phone number because the six digit code "Submit" button didn't do anything. I contacted Customer Care with the button Chat with Customer Care. The representative said they are a member of the sales team and ended the conversation. Then nobody else got online. Time to give up already? This doesn't look promising.
