Matcha bars I have tried

Ranking Matcha bars and their matchas that I have tried. Tried all of this in a span of 2 weeks.

#1 GO TO MATCHA - After all the tries, this is still the one I keep going back to. They use 6g of matcha, so theirs is stronger vs. others who only uses 3-4g. All items I have tried were good, even the pastries!

Best: Pistachio Matcha and Kurogoma.

Honorable mention: Banana Maple Matcha

I always come here weekdays on lean time, I get my drink/s in under 10mins. Expect long queue/waiting time during peak hours, especially weekends. Expected as matcha is manually whisked, no?

#2 KOKOROBI - This is by far has the best store ambiance and (dine-in) presentation. Came here on a 12noon, Wednesday, so I had the whole bar all by myself. Have tried their Pistachio, Kukki Butter, Seasalt.

Best: Pistachio Matcha

*Free parking but limited

#3 WHISKED - Only tried one (yet) of their drinks. Had the Caramel miso matcha. Sweetness, saltiness and umami blended well all together.

*Free Parking

#4 GAIJIN MATCHA (pop out booth) - The perfect blend of ube and matcha I have been looking for.

#5 BIMO SPACE - Tried their Seasalt matcha and Biscoff matcha. Both were good. I liked the Biscoff one better. It wasn't that sweet. I opted for almond milk. Honestly, there was no difference in taste at all for me vs. Oat-milked matchas i have tried. And since this is lower calories without addtl oils and such, less bloated feeling :).

Pros: They have multiple milk options without additional charge. So for those fitness people like me, this is a plus score for us. You can also choose which matcha to have YK or MK.

*Free Parking

#6 MATCHA BY KAMO - Tried their Matcha Latte and Caramiso Matcha. Has a nice and wide dining space. I have opted for a RICH option for the matcha latte, which means 4g of matcha vs their regular 3g. Still, a little weak for me. This is good for those starting their journey with matcha. Good to bring your friends here who you want to convert to matcha. Not so strong. Just right, light, umami and creamy taste.

*Free Parking

7. UJISAN - (White Plains) Nice interior and work-friendly space. They have options of Oatmilk or Japanese creamy milk (+50). Had the Pistachio Matcha. It was good, but for me it is obvious that the Pistachio used is only 'flavor/essence'. Wide array of desserts and drinks to try. Matcha is more on the umami side.

*Free Parking

8. MATCHANESE (pop out) - Had Ube Tiramisu - It was good, the whipped ube tasted good, it is just kind of a hassle to blend it with the matca. Light matcha taste.

9. CHOTTO MATCHA (Arcovia)- Had the matcha ube einspanner. Also has mutiple milk options, including Almond-- with addtl charge. The matcha and ube blended so well together and has the biggest cup/serving among those others I tried. A good go to matcha as this has multiple locations. I put it on 9 for I noticed some inconsistency from my first order vs. second--i ordered the same item. Second order was watery and less sweet vs the first.

10. MATCHA HOUSE (pop up)- Ordered Biko Matcha. Props for the unique idea, using local delicacy. However, it fell short of expectation. Hope this can still be improved. The biko syrup was too thick, causing it not to blend well with the drink. Can only taste the biko by sipping the syrup and the burnt coconut toppings. Matcha taste kinda weak.

Up to try others pa soon :) This is my own opinion, in no way this is a form of bashing or whatnot.
