Look closely
Is it just me, or is there an inverted crucifix reflected in his glass lenses? Look closely. It doesn't bother me - I'm not religious. You can't deny that's what it is, though.

Fallout 3 Random Encounter map
This is the map containing the random event spawn zones. You can quick-save just outside of a random event zone and keep reloading until you get the random event you want, such as the crashed spaceship to receive the Firelance. Mel, Lazlo and Sam Warrick also spawn in some of these zones.
Yellow dots are type A encounters. These will be where you can spawn the spaceship.
Red dots are type B encounters. These will be where you may meet unique characters.
Green dots are random patrol spawns.
