G GUNDAM rocks my deck

Overall, I had to keep reminding my opponent about their effects, but regardless, they had the game in their hands. With their spot removal and some misplays, I allowed them to take it back, as I believe they were still learning their deck at the time of the recording.

It was L for us, a bit frustrating, but at the end of the day, it's just a game to have fun with. I know some people take it seriously, but I'm pretty chill about most things. Though I did get a little upset that I had to keep reminding him about the abilities and effects when the last one was on my turn, and I already drew my card. If this were a tournament or NTC, most players would tell him, "Oh well, sorry it's my turn now."

We live, and we learn from this experience and continue to improve.

Thank you for allowing me to post my content here as we continue to grow our channel day by day.

Dropped an axis shock!

Pilots, we got a shop battle pov video here

Another Londo Bell is up on the field, and they're having a strong lead.

Double-linked Gundam on board, and with no outs, we had to drop an axis to find a path to victory. Char would've been proud.

How did I do in this match let me know.

Deck Profile:Nu Wing Gundam Rush.

I made a little short showing off this deck that does pretty well. I wanted to see how wing gundam work with the Nu and Londo Bell team, but honestly, if you don't want the small wing package, you can take it out and put the ramping Nu Gundam in place and maybe a Corsica base instead of Peacemillion to continue to add more pressure to your opponent.

I think it works nicely to be able to attack into most blockers and then heal with either the base or Amuro.

Let me know your thoughts.

Clan Mid-range deck profile

Deck Profile: Mid-range Clan

Here's my decklist, and if you don't want to watch 25 mins of me rambling, here's the ex burst link > https://exburst.dev/gundam/deck/350135

My thoughts are that this list can work in the current meta and just has to high roll and see the early drops in hand, but with only 4 Zaku Four Snake Eyes, it's a gamble. I think a low-to-the-ground with some burn commands and top end being the lv7 GQuuuuuuX.

Anyway, enjoy the video and let me know your thoughts

Gundam Card Game shop battle: two pilots go head to head!

I'm piloting the Purple Green deck, and overall, it's pretty fun. It's fast, and it gets the job done. I threw in one copy of Widespread Annihilation just in case my opponent goes wide and clears my field. It's the great reset button! Overall, this was a fun back-and-forth match that could swing in anyone's favor.

I hope you enjoy the video!

Newtype Challenge Final Round: At Gamekastle College Park

This match wasn't in my favor. I could've played optimally, but in the end, one mistake seemed to cost me the game. If I'd linked the GQuuuuuuX with Nyaan, I could've taken out the strike freedom, but I chose to play a base and just gave him my GQuuuuuuX for free to the bottom deck.

I deserve this loss, and with that, I could've placed top 4, but instead, I bubble down to 8th place. So close yet so far away. I'm definitely going to retune this deck to be more low-to-the-ground and maybe have 2 lv8 GQuuuuuuX, but I'll have to do some testing.

I hope you enjoy this pov deck profile. I will soon be recording it today after this post. Take care, pilots

Two matches in one: Blurple and B/W Victory Strike Freedom vs. Clan

Well, this is a rough one to post, but I would rather show all my matches and not ones when I just steamroll someone. Well, in this case, I get steamrolled by Blurple, and my deck wasn't giving me any answers to his field. Sure, I misplayed by not pinging the Guntank, but I'll let the video show what happens.

Round 4 went much better, and overall, it shows how inconsistent this deck is not consistent when it comes to things. So, I'm thinking of doing a deck review before making my changes.

If you're a Clan player, what changes have you made for the GD05 Meta? Is it better for Clan, or is it about the same?

Let me know your thoughts, and have a good day.

Newtype Challenge mission 4 round 2 at Gamekastle.

This round was intense, me not seeing an out and about to give up but never give up pilots. Sometimes, you need to focus and clear your head to see the lines.

My opponent is really good; he's playing Red White Justice Control, a deck I normally struggle with. The blockers and ping can overwhelm me and put me on the back foot as they control the board state.

As I said earlier, we almost gave up, but we found a line and were able to turn the tables in our favor.

Let me know if I played that match correctly to the best of my ability or if you saw something I missed.

Newtype Challenge mission 4 at Gamekastle College Park: Round 1

Good morning, pilots. The season is heating up as they drop the Newtype Challenge right after release. This Newtype Challenge is hosted by Gamekastle College Park. If you're in the area, they're a family-friendly game store that hosts tons of events weekly.

After getting 18th place with Green/Purple Sazabi rush, I went back to old faithful. Red/Green Clan ping Midrange. I enjoy clan playstyle as a toolbox deck that tries to find the answers to outmaneuver your opponent. My opponent was playing the new Green/White Wing Zero EW with some blockers. I am not sure if he was running Tallgeese III or Sandrock, but he did have "A Wind Against Fires "

Watch how the game plays out and tell me your thoughts on what we could've done differently, or did we make any misplays?

Final round of Newtype Challenge Mission 4: Gundam Card Game.

This is it: finals at ReRoll Games, current standing 2 wins-2 losses. Mood: feeling so-so; I wasn't sure about the matchup, knowing aggro decks can be slowed down by blockers and ping, and oh boy, do we get stalled out.

Gameplan was hoping that I would draw into my 2/1 drops and rush the field before he could play a blocker. I believe he won die roll, and he went second. I would've gone second and burned the ex to put two bodies on the field.

Though the game was close, I won't spoil the outcome, as I'll let the video show off what happened

I went to another NTC yesterday, so those videos will be posted the week after since I have to edit and the next batch from Gamekastle. I put up a good hustle with a deck and had some practice with it, and overall, I don't think I'll use this deck again, lol.

Tell me your thoughts. My overall placement at Reroll Games Newtype Challenge was 18th out of 24 or so (I couldn't check the app because it wasn't loading). Once again, thank you for liking and upvoting my content. I'll have a deck breakdown soon

Gundam Card Game: Newtype Challenge mission 7. Round 4 of 5

Pilots and newtypes. We're back with our 4th round out of 5 Newtype Challenge mission 7 videos, which took place last Saturday at Reroll Games in Columbia, MD. If you're in the area, check them out. It's a nice vibe, and overall, a wonderful card game, miniatures, and board games store. (Again, not sponsored, just shouting them out).

The match was against Londo Bell; this would be my first experience going against this deck, but I heard rumors about how strong it is. Between Strike Freedom or Nu Gundam, I'd rather fight Nu Gundam 99.9% of the time. Yes, it can swing and breach twice, but at least you can tech into it with Argama base to make the breach useless. If you don't have a lower-level unit on board with your top end, it's getting bottom deck with no interactions to stop it or counter it. I think Nu Gundam is a fair game, while Strike Freedom is a menace.

The matchup was pretty good. I won't go into much detail, as I'll let the video speak for itself! Enjoy the content. I'm working on the last Reroll Newtype Challenge, and then I'll be working on Gamekastle College Park Newtype Challenge videos and getting them out.

I hope you enjoy this. I may not be the most skilled player, but I pride my for not getting the bottom of the barrel in these highly competitive events.

Round Three Newtype Challenge hosted at ReRoll Games—Neo Zeon vs Celestial Being.

Pilots, we are back with our 3rd round out of 5, with only two videos remaining. I have another set of 5 videos in the works from Gamekastle College Park NTC that took place last Sunday. I hope you look forward to that since I'm playing Clan with a high-rolling deck. Can I place top 10 at least with it?

With this matchup, it was going to be an uphill battle knowing my opponent is playing CB and ping with CB at that; he can remove my units without having to commit his and slow me down from taking base and shields with his command cards. I played the best of my ability and used what the deck wanted to give me at that time, and overall... well, I'll let the video speak on one play that turns the tide of the match.

Enjoy the video and comment if you want to tell me what I could've done differently or if I misplayed. People's views are always welcome

What changes should i take?

I want to bring this to NTC and I need some advice. Should I do this, edit it, or completely try something different. Like Strike freedom?

Here's my take on the Wing Gundam Zero EW deck that focuses on heavy damage reduction and rests with the use of Quatre and Wing Gundam Zero EW effects. These, along with swinging with suppression, make this a deadly deck. Though it still needs more testing, I could go for a ramp-based build that can quickly ramp to Wing Gundam Zero (both) and focus on resting and getting favorable trades. Let me know your thoughts.

Ending GD04 with at my locals

The end of GD04 and EB01 is near, and this is a local match-up where you will see 4 rounds of various decks being played. We have the Green White Wing Zero Blocker for the All Green Cyclops Team. This video doesn't have my normal bells and whistles due to its length, and these types of videos are intended to end on a high note and start the slate clean.

I hope you enjoy it, and let me know how you think about each match-up.

Let's deckbuild

So I am not 100% good at deck building, and I would love your advice and input on this GD05 version of G-Team and Preventers. The Noins Taurus is there to crack ex base and for the hand filter on destruction. I could bring green Heero to a 2 and White Heero to a 4, which gives one extra card slot. The main idea of the deck is to swing Tallgeese III in after Sandrock and Heavyarms give a unit minus to their AP and help keeps the Tallgeese III alive and bit more healthy then restand the wing zero (either of them ) so they can't get the clap back from attacking. The Zechs command card is there for the link and the effect. Pretty much stack AP debuffs, then swing with Tallgeese III and restand either Wing Zero or itself.

We just needed one pilot

This match was rough, and it shows that Minerva Squad has some issues into the aggro unless you're playing purple red. Hopefully, when the new Airframe Sizure comes out, purple red Minerva Squad will do well.

My opponent was playing a very interesting Academy aggro list with some control elements in it, and overall, we did the best as our cards were dealt.

Purple White Minerva Squad vs. Green Red CB

This match was silly, and we're having a good time. I'm still playing Minerva Squad, and my opponent is on CB in this match. I'm starting to get the hang of Minerva Squad and their unit revival mechanics, which overall are pretty fun. It's like your trash is your second deck.

What do you think of these decks?

Let's talk about Red New Draw Card!

I know it's a bit late, but I had to edit and record, but I do hope you enjoy my take on the two new cards that were revealed this morning. I normally post on the Facebook group first thing when it is revealed. Enjoy the video!

A Bad Hand can lead us Astray...

We got a brick on a brick hand ✋️ that will not come online till later in the game while my opponent is chipping away at my shields. I'm on the back foot here. Can I recover and stabilize, or am I doomed to lose the final match of my local league with a grand prize, which is a perfect grade gundam model kit?

Let me know what I could've done better, and also, I did mulligan my hand, lol
