Hello,
I recently built an SFF PC, and while it took a while to get temps where I was comfortable, I'm now at a point where my temps are what I'd say is acceptable (55C idle, mid 80s gaming, occasional 90C peaks)
My problem is that while gaming, my fans are howling at about 95%. I'm curious if undervolting would bring temps low enough to not have my fans howling while under load. I understand generally that undervolting will reduce temp, I'm just curious if it will make a noticeable noise difference, as that's really all I'm trying to fix- performance is fine.
My build is this:
Case: Fractal Era 2
CPU: 9850X3D
GPU: 3070 FE
Cooler: Fractal Lumen 280
Case Fans: 2X NF-A14s
Thanks!
