Thank you for being possibly the worst streaming service! You’ve got me back into sailing the seas and I have found some amazing places so far. Although I will miss the three same commercials every 10 minutes, every time I pause it and when it freezes and crashes. It’s super smart because it absolutely guarantees I’ll never buy those products because I just associate them with being annoying.

Edit: So it is incredibly worse on the Amazon Firestick. I started watching on the PS5 and had less commercials and new commercials each time. Made it more bearable. Wonder if they just hate Amazon because they are a competitor lol.

Anyone know about any coming up or where they are posted? I don’t have social media so I’m curious to see how the scenes are doing.

TLDR my allergies ruined my life growing up, the amount of missed activities and days spent in bed were a lot.

Allergy air filter at night. I always slept with a fan on for white noise but it made me stuffed up. Filter does the exact same noise wise but the opposite stuffed up wise.

Breo Ellipta Inhaler changed my life. Expensive af but thank you Canada and health insurance. Nose sprays as well. I slept on these for so long because I hated the nasal drip. But found one in Avamys that doesn’t do that.

Avoiding certain foods help immensely during allergy season. I really didn’t realize this until I was older. Sceptically anything smoked. My god the reaction I had during allergy season to smoked fish was just non stop sneezing. Stay away from alcohol but if you are going to drink, clear liquors like vodka with soda water is the best. Beer especially IPA’s and wine, especially red just absolutely send me. Cheese especially older types and cured meats. Histamine high foods in general but specifically those.

I can generally enjoy these things in the winter but during allergy season it just sends me into sneezing fit and no medication helps.

Making those diet changes has made this season much more manageable.
