And they’re not scared his policies will fail. They’re scared they’ll work, and some already are. Because once people see government can actually lower costs and improve their lives, it gets a lot harder to convince them that giving more to the wealthy was the only option.

Im not sure what the point of this post is as of yet.
But My best friend is a carl and with all due respect is obessed with this story and is doing everthing short of black magic to get me to enjoy it.
Which dont me wrong. Theres nothing wrong with liking the story or this community. Its just interesting to me as, this story doesnt do anthing for me respectfully. Ive tried mutliple times to read the first book and couldnt get past the first chapter. its just not my bag.
Me and my friend have such similar taste. on paper i see us both liking this but in practice, its not there for me.
Again. not trying to shit on this in any way.
I am just on the outside looking in and i wish i could join.
