I have already 2 yr old laptop will it be fine for running autocad etc civil engineering tools and non tech tools

Laptop dell Vostro 5625 32gb ram 512 SSD amd Ryzen 5000 series processor and Radeon graphics(integrated graphic card)

I am thinking of buying tablet for lectures and making notes digitally I am day scholar so roj laptop laana possible nhi hai college me suggest some tablet also.

I have budget of 14k-16k(with mess) suggest some pgs with single room as I love my privacy. And ya if it good room I will increase 1k-2k my budget.

As every senior said, it is a waste of time.
