Lost my smart key. Is my only option to replace it at the dealership?

I recently lost my smart key to my 2018 subaru impreza. I don't have a spare key for it either. I'm told that without the second key they're going to have to do so much more to reprogram it to my car, and Subaru said they'd have to charge me $1400 for it! My insurance says that I can only get it fixed with technology from the dealership.

Is this really my only option? Am I able to get this fixed somewhere else where I don't have to sell my first born child?

I REALLY can't afford all that right now, and I REALLY need my car ASAP!

Advice multi-classing and creating a True Evil character

Hello there!

I've been working out an evil character with my DM. She has her own motivations, and would most likely be attempting a sabotage the other party members. Her back story involves her being an evil genius, and a double agent for 2 warring kingdoms. Using her power and genius she created weapons and things like bio warfare (but, like, in a magical fantasy way) which killed thousands.

So of course I want her to be both sneaky and powerful AF! I think I've settled on multi- classing her as a Rogue/Wizard, but mostly a wizard. I just don't know how I'd build that exactly. I want her to have high stealth (like, very high, considering I'm hiding from the law AND possibly screwing over the other PCs) and also have the use of metamagic or subtle spell.

Let me know how you'd do it! How many levels should I take in each class, and what feats would you choose? I'd also love any other suggestions in order to bulk up this character to be as tricky as possible!

Thanks!!
