Are these capacitors normal or ready to go?

Are these capacitors normal or ready to go?

I bought an Adcom GFA-5500 amp on eBay. It arrived with shipping damage, including broken speaker terminals, that might result in me returning it in any event. Because of that I haven't had a chance to try it yet to see if it's working right otherwise.

I took off the cover to see how the speaker terminals were attached and noticed these capacitors tops were domed a bit. Wasn't sure if that was normal or not a big deal or if it was a sign they were bulging and were either gone or on their way out.

Any thoughts?

Whirlpool Duet dryer sometimes won't start turning but just buzzes instead - is a new motor the repair needed?

Occasionally our Whirlpool Dryer (model GGW9250PW0 from 2004) will not start turning. When pushing the start button I'll hear a click (sounds like a relay) and then it makes a buzzing sound like the motor is getting power but not turning.

If I open the door and manually press the door closed button and attempt to start and then manually rotate the drum it will start. If I let it run for a few seconds I can usually close the door before the drum stops completely and if I do it then runs OK.

This doesn't happen that often but I'm afraid its going to get worse. A google Gemini search indicates this is likely the motor. Does that sound right?

If it is the motor then are the generic motors on Amazon ($65to $95) decent or do I need to find a OEM whirlpool motor (looks to be about $175)?

I have a older Troy Bilt (I think same as Briggs Stratton) pressure washer. I've been considering a pressure washer to use around the house.

Are any of the basic ones, preferably under $100, worth getting for this type of washer? Any specific recommendations?
