I'm running very low on food for the 90 stray cats I feed every day. They need around 3 kg of dry food, a few cans of wet food, and, because of the summer heat, I've also been feeding them chicken especially the cats in parking lots where water bowls are not allowed.

At the moment, I only have half a bag of dry food and a few cans of wet food left. I'm also continuing my TNR (had sent 1 female and 4 males on 2nd July).

Hi everyone,

I’m feeding a large colony of cats in Deira, and over time I’ve realized that TNR is just as important as feeding. I’m almost done sterilizing all the cats i feed, but people have started dumping a lot of cats.

This girl is one of them. She’s sweet and spends every day sitting quietly in the same spot. Yesterday, I took her to be spayed along with four male cats for neutering.

If anyone can help with the remaining vet bill (AED 199), I’d be grateful. I can share the vet clinic’s account details so donations can be made directly.

Last summer, I regularly fed the cats chicken, which helped keep them both nourished and hydrated. I also cleaned the feeding areas afterward. At the moment, I don't have the energy to make repeated trips for cleaning, so I feed the cats and immediately remove the plates to keep the area clean and to reduce the risk of anyone harming them.

Took this kitten to the vet today along with a previous rescue cat who is positive for Fiv.

Anyone can help with the bill please DM for vet payment link. I have my previous bills pending as well.

I will be medicating him at home for the next two weeks and then will take him for follow up.

Today was another vet day.

This little kitten had been struggling to eat. I noticed dark discoloration around his mouth, and he would cry while trying to eat even soft mousse food. Despite having pending vet bills, I took him in because he deserved to be treated. He is now on medication, and I will be treating him over the next two weeks while keeping a close eye on his progress.

I also took our FIV-positive rescue girl, who continues to suffer from stomatitis. Her gums are very inflamed and painful, and for now she has medication to help manage her condition.

This little kitten had been struggling to eat. I noticed dark discoloration around his mouth, and he would cry while trying to eat even soft mousse food. Despite having pending vet bills, I took him in because he deserved to be treated. He is now on medication, and I will be treating him over the next two weeks while keeping a close eye on his progress.

With the funds raised, I placed an order for wet and dry food for the stray cats, which lasted the entire week.

I also have some wonderful news to share. In my previous post, I included a photo of a cat who had been dumped (the same photo is attached again). I'm happy to say that this beautiful boy has now been neutered, and the clinic has decided to groom him and put him up for adoption.

This makes me very happy. As much as I would have loved to help further, I already have many cats in my room and simply cannot take in any more right now. Knowing that he now has a chance to find a loving forever home is the best outcome I could have hoped for.

On top of that, my work hours have been reduced because of the summer schedule and the current situation, so things have become even harder financially.

I have also booked 3 pregnant cats for spay surgeries(recently dumped), which is extremely important as they have no safe place to give birth. Any support toward their surgeries and care would mean so much.

I had to ask a friend to take our recently FIV-positive cat back to the vet after she stopped eating and was crying in pain. The vet checked her gums and found they were severely inflamed, so she had to undergo a complete dental extraction.

The kitten also went back for a follow-up appointment, and her initial bill is still unpaid. So far, I’ve only received USD 20 from my last post.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find any local help.

The kitten rescued from under Dubai Municipality suddenly stopped eating and developed diarrhea.

The vet examined her and found an ulcer on her tongue. Thankfully, she tested negative for parvo, giardia, calicivirus, and herpes. However, she tested positive for FCoV, which is causing the diarrhea.

After returning from the vet, she slowly started eating again, and she is now on medication for one week. I’m trying to find all the rescued kittens suitable food as well.

The vet bill is still pending: AED 598.20.
