Looking for free Anti rabies vaccine

I'm planning to go to Tatalon Health Center to get a free anti-rabies vaccine. How's the line there, and what requirements do I need to bring? I'm 21 years old.

Or, if you have any recommendations for other places in Quezon City where it's easy to get a free anti-rabies vaccine, I'd really appreciate it.

KITTEN BITE

3 month old kitten sniffed my belly calmly and suddenly bit me slightly. the bite didnt go deep so the wound isnt that deep but left a red spot on my skin. it didnt bleed but slightly stings like a 1 to 2 out of 10 feeling.

I washed it with soap and water and got my first tetanus shot 2 years ago and second was on Nov 2025. I never had anti rabies vaccine

Can you guys help me identify if this is dangerous?
