I don't know if this is a thing but I am looking for a PA for household stuff: yard work, cleaning stuff, sweeping the garage, fixing small things, running errands, etc.

I don't know how exactly to structure the deal but I am thinking guaranteed 20 hours of work a month (~5hrs per week) @ ~$20 per hour (under the table). With a larger chunk of work up front if wanted.

I am not sure if this would be interesting to anyone at that price and hours but thought I'd ask. I live in the North East side of the Springs.

Anyone know if there is a retrofit of the NACS back to the 2026? I almost exclusively use NACS charges and less adapting would be a nice to have.

This the best one I had recently. Salary range discussed with recruiter for Staff Software Engineer was $185k-$200k + equity. After the interviews they say they want to move forward but not at the Staff level, they think I should be a Principal instead...fine. Salary offer? $165k.

If you read between the lines this is really bad for both of us for many reasons. One, they lied. Two, if I join at a higher title it's harder to get a promotion, thus I'll be stuck at the lower pay for longer which will make me want to leave. Ultimately, you should be gunning for the lowest title with the highest pay, this gives you the most room for growth. Also, companies should want to hire people and help them succeed not set them up for failure before they are even in the door.

Obviously, I turned it down with much snark and said thanks for wasting our time.

Was wondering if there are any members on here and if I could get an insider take on the club before getting a membership. Also considering Flying Horse and I’m not sure which would be a better fit for me.
