Is it normal for 46 old guy who never dated any female or never had any girl friend or never had any personal relationship or friendship with any female?

Sometimes i think if it's ok for me that I am single & never have had any female in my life except few casual types meeting. In my young age at the age of 26-27 i tried hard to find a life partner & get married but at first step got rejected and again tried at the age of 33 but again got rejected. As orphan at the age of 19 & born & brought up without any love & affection i think i couldn't able to love whole heartedly any one . After 35+ I left to get any female in my life and decided to be alone & even cut down all kind old relationship with all whom I meet through my work journey from childhood to 35 years age. Sometimes i think if it's normal for me as even some times i desired a kind hearted female company?

I am 46 years old, 5'6",65kg, I do everyday weight training, Hatha yoga, Pranayam, Meditation but I only sleep 6 hours everyday including 2 hours deep sleep; is it sufficient? Daily routine details below.

As a retired from all kind active job right now my daily routine from Sunday to Saturday:

At 4 am empty stomach as a pre workout 8gm L-citrulin malata with 5gm createin monohydrate.

4.30 am to 5.30 am weight training

5.30 am to 6 am Hatha yoga

6am to 6.20am pranayam

6.20 am to 7.20 am meditation

8.30 am breakfast included suppliments 1 multivitamin, 1 omega3, 1 shilajit.

2.30pm lunch included 1 omega3, 1 shilajit

8.30 pm dinner & after dinner 2 calcium, magnesium, zinc tablet.

I don't take any protein supplements but complete 150gm protein from eggs, fish, dried prawns, raw peanuts & green mug soaked in water. Everyday eat raw veggies like carrot, beatroot, raddish, tomato and isubgul for 30gm fiber intake. I don't count my carbohydrates and fats as I think as I am taking 150 gm protein from whole foods so there is enough carbohydrates and fats.

But I only sleep 6 hours ( see on my bands deep sleep mentioned 2 hours to 2.30 hours) , if this sleep quality is sufficient?

In my first solo trip to Ooty (Kodappamund).

It was my first solo trip to Ooty in 2007 on June from Mumbai, fallen first time in love & first heart break. Left job, left home with only Rs. 25k with me without any pre planning. Started journey through railway, road roaming meaningless towards south and at last landed to "Kodappamund" a forest village & in rainy season. Again fallen love but this time with nature & books & meditation; amidst rich greeny environment my loneliness turned into solitude.

I stayed at Hari Srinivas residency that time cost was only Rs.400/day & i spent there 20 days ; over all my after when I left still Rs.4700 was left in my pocket. And after that i became addicted to solitude.
