Finally saved up enough for my first guitar

After pinching dollars here and there I was able to gather enough funds to get my first guitar and I’m so excited I’ve been playing nonstop since I got it, my fingers are killing me! But a question I have for the people of Reddit is that I am really into metal, and a lot of songs I want to learn are in drop b and c, and I also have an interest in non metal songs, a bunch in standard tuning (and some other odd standard ish tunings) but I don’t have enough money to set up multiple guitars, would I be better off saving up for a drop pedal or am I just cooked? When I tune this down real low it doesn’t sound very good the strings rattle and I’ve heard it’s not actually good for it. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Any advice helps

Should I be worried about this? It’s slowly growing

I felt a rough texture with my tongue in my cheek almost a month ago, and brushed it off. Recently noticed it hadn’t gone away and i fact grew. I decided to look and was blown away by how dramatic it looks. Rough grainy texture, irritated by acidic foods like citrus fruits. Painless, swollen and cannot be rubbed off. I’m a 24 year old male and have maybe 2 zyns and smoke weed daily. Could this be cancer?
