Need help identifying upbeat electric guitar ost used in Gmod video

My instinct tells me it's from a Pokémon or Sonic game, so it must be rather popular, but I could never find the source. I heard it way back on a TF2 map as well.

It looks like the Kenichi match-up I posted was wildly unpopular, so I've decided to go with more conventional opponents. The lower bound of CC seems to be lower than that of Ashura's, so I'm curious how well these boxers compare
