Best early skill points?

So I'm coming back to the game after a couple of years break. I ended up finding the combat a bit too hard for me last time (was on Jedi Master) - so restarting and bumping it down to Knight (maybe Padawan if things get too stressful.)

Which early skill points are best? Right now I have one in base health, better stim packs, more force and the first skill of the single blade talent tree. I'm just on the first main planet after the intro on Coruscant now. In general I prefer more force attacks - is confusion good? Also, is the dual blade or single blade preferred? I know double is best for packs. Thanks!

Hi,

So a couple of doctors have told me to get off alcohol for 6 weeks to give my liver a rest and a chance to heal (been drinking at night for many months.) It's been 17 days so far! Has been years since I haven't had a drink in that long.

In the meantime, I'm experimenting with non-alcoholic spirits and things to scratch the alcohol itch. Right now, Kava Haven seems pretty good for me - although its a strong taste (I mix it with bubbly h20.) I've also tried Hiyo drinks which are pretty decent (not perfect, I don't get a huge effect even from two.) I've tried the Sentia spirits - that's pretty good too. I've tried the "Recess" drinks, some with CBN, others with just L-Theanine, Lions Mane, etc - these don't do almost anything for me.

I got some "Sober-ish" thc drops to try puttiing in a drink but I haven't tried it yet. In general, I don't like the THC buzz and it can make me paranoid in the past so trying alternatives to it.

Any other suggestions I might try to scratch the feeling of "alcohol" yet not having any? Thanks!

So I am flirting with the idea of making a new JK Sentinel - with a second combat class of Shadow (the idea of making two lightsabers as Sent combine into one long one as Shadow) but I'm a little worried about how difficult Sentinel is compared to Guardian DPS. I guess I could just do Guardian and Shadow but themematically I like this other idea more. I do know there are "pike" weapons which I could use on both Guardian and Shadow to make it seem like Shadow is more just one hilt verses two.

Anyhow, what are people's thoughts on this? And on how difficult Sent is compared to Guardian?
