Guys, i need help, and is extremely important.

Yesterday, I bought The Binding of Isaac, and when I tried to start the game, it wouldn't start, I didn't understand much at the time, and I went to research the problem, but it wasn't solved. Basically a file called "lua5.3.3r.dll" is missing and I've tried every possible way to fix it, from disabling the antivirus (thinking it's automatically deleting the file), or deleting the folder, reinstalling it, and trying every way to fix the file installation. If anyone can help me with any kind of extra information, I would be very grateful.

I need help (fr)

Today, i was editing my account on Steam, then i noticed that i had something that I had never seen before: A Customization to mini profile, called "GodSoul". I really don't know how I got it, but with a conversation with a friend of mine, he said, this is on my account since i got hacked (btw, i don't know how i got hacked).
