China, Japan, Russia all rejected the tons of beef trump bragged he made a deal for the US. Where is that beef,did they just slip it into our food chain?

It's been a constant battle to get our furry one (13) to take this. Beef flavored, hidden in pill pockets, wrapped in beef fresh pet, mixed with beef flavored probiotic powder. We could trick her for years but lately there's nothing that works. Any suggestions appreciated. Change of brand? Anything. At 170$ per 6 months it's expensive and we don't want her vulnerable to parasites, etc etc. Many thanks, at wits end...LOL.

Right two paws. Sometimes right, sometimes left. Intense licking periodically. No chicken food or treats. Cytopoint injection doesn't work. Apoquel now daily sometimes seems to help but then licking happens again. Not walking her in grasses or on hot pavement. No physical bump on paw, Vet didn't see infection, (did say has hairy paw). Now exploring OTC sprays to see if it will help her. Any ones you have tried that help your furry babies? Feel so sorry for our girl. Thanks for any input.
