Disable Defender
Hello all,
My machine is running Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021.
I'm having this issue where the Windows Defender would spike up and/or constantly offend the use of my CPU, Disk, and RAM. It would not be an issue to me generally, but this PC is used for music production (specifically recording instruments and vocals in real time), so any latency being introduced, including by defender running constantly in background, is critical. It's not needed as no software is being downloaded on that pc for well over 2 years, excluding updates of trusted apps like telegram, firefox, spotify and such. Any help would be appreciated
What i've tried:
Disabling all the security options in Windows Security
Adding all the drives to Windows Defender's exclusions
What i'm considering trying:

Using gpedit and services to disable defender (which i've heard is being reverted by defender itself)
