What size do you think this bike is? Woman selling says it’s actually a “26 inch” bike but can’t help me out further.

Have plans to pick it up tomorrow regardless of size but it would be cool if I could ride it for a while after I fix it up.

Is this the best budget fixed angle sharpening system? Some TSProf stones with a chinese holder?

Is the eARC in the proper spot? And is there any benefit to plugging the DVD/Game consoles into the AVR?

Not sure why AVRs have inputs for “Game” “DVD” etc when you can just plug them into the TV

When browsing Marketplace for budget speakers, what are your favorite brands?

I’ve put together setups from FB Marketplace for myself, partner, and friends. All sounding good in the end. (Older equipment because of the budget)

Sometimes when I tried to mix different brands or different models within the same brand, it didn’t work out, but can’t say I’ve been disappointed with anything I bought. (Except this one time I bought a Bowers & Wilkins center speaker, it was so dull and unexciting I thought something was wrong with the speaker at first)

I’ve mostly picked up Definitive Technology, Paradigm, Polk, and Bose. What brand(s) do you look for when you’re looking for a $$30-60 center speaker? Or an $80 pair of bookshelves? I’ve never tried anything from Infinity, Klipsch, Yamaha, Kenwood, Sony, Onkyo, JBL, Boston, Cerwin Vega. Maybe I’m missing out?

Attempting to make a comfortable grip

Scooped some previous gen Fenwick Elites for $97 a couple years ago and I really like the rods and really hate the grip. Was brainstorming for a while and figured I’d try something like this before I try to cut the butt and handle off and actually replace them. I think I‘m going to cover the grip in leather once the foam is cured. Should work right?

p.s. fenwick if you want tips on how to make a grip that isn’t stupid hit me up i’m cheap

Anyone have experience with the Phenix Recon Elite? Haven’t seen much info on the rod at all

Just wondering how the tip/backbone is. I know there’s plenty of reviews on Phoenix’s other models but every rod has their own personality

Favorite thing to Ned Rig besides the TRD?

I think mine may be Missile Bait’s ”Ned Bomb“ and XZone “Ned Zone”

I need to stop being so surprised at the contraptions you guys throw. At least this one didn’t have a swivel or 40lb mono

Haven’t fished one since I was a kid, but I’ve never caught a fish on the classic curly tail worm. Texas rig the only option? Then work it like a jig?

Not an elite lure for the shallow rocky river I fish but I’d like to give it a shot. The pack I have is like a new motor oil color so good for clear water.

I’d like to keep it under $200. Irritated that the Tatula XT I have is acceptable for the $80 I paid, but it has the most uncomfortable handle and I can’t get used to it. My palm just rests right where it cuts off. Time for an upgrade or side grade.
