PSA: Omnicom does not pay out PTO if your state does not mandate it
For all the crap the ad industry says about unlimited PTO not being paid out upon leaving, PSA that OM does not pay out accrued PTO anyway. Plan accordingly.

Why is this still up on eBay?
Correct me if I’m wrong: I’m quite certain this is a fake and reported it to eBay but eBay rejected my report. If you also think it’s not real, please visit the eBay link and drop a report. I’m really surprised why eBay allowed this to pass.
