HCG betas-should I be worried

My betas
9 DPO (8am) - 28
11DPO (4pm) - 106
13 DPO (130pm) - 152

The first rise is great, the second has me worried.
I see double in 48 hrs and also in 72 hours.
When do you recommend the next beta?

Any Advice

TW: previous chemical
Got my positive evening of 7 DPO. Bloodwork at 9 DPO: 28 And. 11DPO- 106
I am 43 and very happy and kids have been my whole life. Have 2 adult children 22 & 23, and also have worked in the education system most of my life. I truly didn’t think I would ever have anymore kids, have a girl and boy and felt my life was complete and I was truly blessed.
We had a chemical last year and then decided to try for another.
My last pregnancies were at 20 & 21 years old.
Any recommendations on literally anything, so much has changed since I had my last.
I’m a seasoned mom but also feel kind of like with so much changed I need to be truly educated again.
Anything from pregnancy at this age, to newborn stuff etc. best breast pumps, new devices etc,
I will get 8 weeks off work, then my husband will prob take a week or two after me.

Tw: positive and previous chemicals

I had my first positive late on 7 DPO, had bloodwork done 9dpo am and it was 28. I also started progesterone the morning of 8 DPO when I was sure I wasn’t just seeing things.
Backstory: I’ve had 2 chemicals in the past 11 months, and my numbers never got this high. I am scheduled for a polyp removal with DNC on the 28th, so I am tracking closely as I don’t want to cancel unless this is going to stick. Going for more bloodwork today and then will call the doctor tomorrow when I get my results.
I’m happy but not trying to get my hopes up again.

Also I took a first response on 8 DPO and it was negative while strip tests were showing positive. My prenatal has 500mcg of biotin so this was the cause. I test now before taking it.
Digital was taken on 9DPO.

How is 28 for only being 9 DPO?

Nervous. TW: previous chemicals

How does this progression look? I had my first positive late on 7 DPO, had bloodwork done 9dpo am and it was 28. I also started progesterone the morning of 8 DPO when I was sure I wasn’t just seeing things.

Backstory: I’ve had 2 chemicals in the past 11 months, and my numbers never got this high. I am scheduled for a polyp removal with DNC on the 28th, so I am tracking closely as I don’t want to cancel unless this is going to stick. Going for more bloodwork today and then will call the doctor tomorrow when I get my results.

I’m happy but not trying to get my hopes up.

My numbers from previous chemicals were: June 2025: 10 DPO-11 12DPO-16. 15 DPO <5

March 2026: 12DPO-8. 13DPO-7. 14DPO- <5

Also my doctor just did bloodwork on May 11 for my surgery and ran an HCG of which I would have only been 4DPO and it was also <5.

Is 28 a good number do only being 9 DPO?

Is this a real positive? TW: chemicals

So I’ve had two chemicals in 10 months, and am scheduled for a polyp removal and D&C on May 28th, today I got a positive w first morning urine (started progesterone this am) and darker after work.

I took 3 test this am (all positive) 4 after work (all positive but the first response??)

I also want to add I ovulated early on CD 9, it’s been off since my chemical 2 cycles ago, normally ovulated cd 12.

Im just scared that it will be another chemical, so I’m waiting to call the doctor until next week, as I don’t want to cancel the surgery just in case.

Why would my first response be negative and how do my other tests look, real? Evaps?

I have had light cramping today, have still not told anyone even husband because I guess I just feel so guarded esp with it being so early.
