Lustig Rules newbie

I am attempting to follow Robert Kustig no added sugar eat real foods plan. 50 yo Black Male about 30 lbs overweight. Still active and play sports but lately feeling run down and feeling my age. Would tou say this subreddit is mostly about his rules or is it more skewed towards just sugarfree lifestyle. I definitely am not looking to be a not sugar ever again person he says you can do up to 24 g of added sugar a day so I am mote focused on following his rules.

Bell vs Jaynes

I am a complete novice, but I recently read a bestseller called God The Science, The Evidence, which the WSJ reviewed and said was good and I got it and totally agree. Reading it set me off down this path of learning about quantum physics, and I am absolutely fascinated by spooky action at a distance, the double-slit experiment, particle research, string theory, multiverse theory, and the singularity. It even inspired me to get a certificate in quantum computing because the idea behind quantum entanglement completely boggles my mind. I was never a science person in school, but now as I approach 50, I spend 2–3 hours a night studying, watching videos, and learning.

My question is about Bell and Jaynes. Bell proved mathematically that entanglement yields truly random but entangled results, but Jaynes argues Bell messed up the math. That's probably common knowledge among quantum physicists but I am again a total novice .I have gone through this a million times with ChatGPT, but I don't entirely trust its claim that the loophole experiments of 2015completely ended Jaynes' arguments.

So, my specific questions are:

  1. Is it truly the mainstream consensus that Jaynes is completely wrong?
  2. Does that mean Bell is definitely right, or is it possible that Bell is wrong and we just don't know how to prove it? Specifically, could particles actually hold a fixed position the entire time they are apart, but we just haven't figured out how to see it?

These are things that I think people who are in the field would truly know but are too obscure for AI or yotube videos.

Delete account

Long time user and I found something interesting. There's no option to actually delete your account. There are instructions online but they don't actually work. I've gone thu App and web browser and nothing is there. One person asked how to delete their account in entirety 10 months ago in this subreddit and the moderator removed the comment. All very interesting. If anyone knows how to actually delete the account ket me know

Old version?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been playing the three "coach Apps" games on the Play Store (Football Coach 2, Pro Football Coach, and College hoops coach) for a while now and I love the old-school versions I have. They’re super addictive.

But when I look at screenshots and discussions here in the sub, it seems like a lot of you are playing different/more updated versions with features that look really fun. Is the developer still updating these under the same name, or did they move them to a different account? Am I stuck on outdated builds?

I’d love to hear what versions you guys are on and if there are newer ones worth checking out. The screenshots look great, but I’m attached to the classic ones too. I definitely olay college football coach 2 for around an hour a day and have done that for about 6 years.
