HELP - where do I put my home pole?

The red dots are where my magnet (Stud Buddy) stuck to. Do I have the correct understanding of where my joists are? Do I just put the pole anywhere inside the blue boxes? Should it be in between 2 red dots, or ON the red dot?

My vagina hurts for days after sex every time

Everytime I have sex, for about a week after I will experience UTI like symptoms - frequent urination, slight burning sensation (not when I pee though), feeling like I can’t hold my pee even when my bladder isn’t full. But then it goes away after about a week so it wasn’t a UTI. What is this? Sex itself is great and my partner is very caring, but I hate that my body feels like this every time after.
