NC Blade is dropping the spear point version of the DLC purple haze carbon fiber Socom tomorrow (9/30) at 4 PM EST.
The Oclip is huge improvement over previous versions, a lot of functionality packed into a small package. We'll see how the hinge and clip rotation mechanisms stand up over time, but they feel nice and solid now.
Orange is my favorite color and I really like the shade and grain pattern on this version, definitely nicer looking than the standard orange. It's a typical ArkPro Ultra otherwise

My current focus in on foreign (but not Chinese, plenty of those already) knives. These are my favorites so far, all highly recommendable.
I've been looking for something in full zircuti or timascus for a while. I think the pattern on this is one of the nicest looking I've seen. Blade is hollow ground M398 with a hand satin finish. Poikilo makes a beautiful knife

The Rosie should have been scaled up in thickness, it would be awesome if it had the same action but the heft of an AD20. Overall it's perfectly fine as is.
The Mojave is mid at best for me. While it is a masterpiece of machining and looks great, it doesn't really feel like anything special in hand and it's the most sensitive to lock bar pressure of any knife I own
HS Rescue. This thing is pretty cool, a beast like any Gen II CT. Something I hope can sit untouched in the vehicle, but will be happy to have it if needed
The machining and micromilling companies are doing today is incredible, but I've really been enjoying smooth scales lately.
The Amphibian really made me appreciate it and want to try more
My two favorite iterations of the Ka-Bar USMC:
The Ka-Bar is very close to the original, but in Magnacut and has better fit and finish. The MK2.1 is a modernized version with Italian influence. It's made of N690 and the butt cap unscrews to be able to remove the handle. Neither are full tang
If you haven't tried out any of the titanium Microtech folders, you're missing out.

Couldn't resist the sale price and wanted more purple and more frag. My last Socom Ram-Lok and last Ram-Lok in general unless/until a DLC version comes out. Blade grind and edge on this one are pretty good, I've been really happy with the job they've done with titanium Socoms.
