s55 oil change interval after hard use
i drove around 2,600km with my s55 since the last amsoil 0w40 oil change
during that period i went on the track 2-3 times for multiple hour drifting, many roll races on the track, heavy street use every time i take the car out, 2 long-ish distance drives where the car sustained 200-250kmh for couple minutes
i planned on changing the oil at 5,000km but i noticed that the oil level got a bit lower. first ~2,000km it was directly ar MAX rading level and yesterday after measuring it showed lower by ~25% in the MIN-MAX level range
would it make sense if i were to change the oil at 3,000-3,500km? or is it not degraded enough to be worth changing sooner than planned?
my car is running MHD stage 1 with downpipes
herniated disc need help
i injured my spine around 7 months ago. got an MRI recently and i have a 3mm buldge on L4
i get a sharp pain in my lower back when i take a step with my right leg, also same thing happens when i lay down with legs straightened and pull my foot towards me
when walking, if i stand still for a minute or two and continue walking i get sharp pain in my lower back when taking steps. if i sit down for 2 minutes with my back slightly rounded forward the pain goes away and i can walk with very minimal discomfort
no pain radiating in the leg or anywhere else, no numbing as well
what kind of rehab/exercises can i do to make my case much better?
F82 rear sway bar upgrade

your top 3 M cars
which M cars would you guys rank in top 3?
i'd go with:
- E63 M6
- E46 M3 CSL
- F82 M4
i think these are the most interesting and fun to drive M cars
- M6 with the high revving V10 and brutal SMG
- CSL with its lightweight perfect weight distributed chassis and a high revving inline-6
- F82 with its drifting ability, DCT instant shifts and turbo fun
drifting M4 for the first time
i also own an E46 330i with LSD and F82 is just from another planet..
took me a few slides to get used to it though. i was treating it like a naturally aspirated car, releasing and pressing throttle, which was causing it to lose boost and the diff was straightening the car
once i stopped releasing gas fully and only released to about 40% max it was very easy to drift
some people told me to also use brakes a bit with the left foot when needed, haven’t tried it yet though
